- Coordinating maintenance / safeties / PM jobs with correct shops- Keeping yourself updated at all times on all jobs and current status- Ensuring work orders are complete with invoice and checklists- Record keeping- Answering drivers / shop phone calls- Other duties as required Skills and Requirements: - Mechanical and vehicle knowledge- Mechanical experience is an Asset- High attention to detail- Strong customer service skills, great personality and professionalism- Must be able to multi-task- Excellent communication and listening skills
